HMR Transportation targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website. The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, responsive reflow, readable contrast, visible focus indicators, text resizing, reduced-motion preferences and assistive technologies.

Features included

The website includes a skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks and headings, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, labeled controls, clear link purpose, large touch targets, mobile reflow and focus treatment intended to remain visible on both light and dark backgrounds.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Automated checks are useful but do not replace manual keyboard, zoom, contrast and screen-reader testing. HMR welcomes feedback when a page or feature creates a barrier.
