Public website purpose
This public website provides general information about HMR Transportation and ways to contact the company. Ride-specific and patient information is intentionally not collected through a public website form.
Information you choose to provide
If you call or email HMR, information is handled according to HMR's applicable business, privacy and security procedures. Ordinary email should be used only for general business inquiries and should not contain patient, medical or ride-specific information.
Do not submit health information through the public website
Do not send diagnoses, medical records, appointment details, facility names tied to a patient, pickup or destination addresses tied to a patient, mobility information, insurance identification numbers, Social Security numbers, payment-card information or other sensitive health or financial information through ordinary email or any public website field.
Technical information
Like most websites, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and security events. HMR should configure retention and access to this information in accordance with its operational and legal requirements.
Sharing
HMR does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website or business operations, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and security, subject to applicable agreements and requirements.
Security and retention
HMR uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website's purpose. No internet transmission is completely secure. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the applicable purpose and legal requirements.
